Joshua C. Queer age 34 of Hamilton, Ohio passed away Friday February 21, He was born May 14, in Hamilton the son of John Gay and Tammy (Triplett) Gay. Joshua worked as a roofer for several years. He enjoyed collecting and selling various knick-knacks. Joshua spent his life surrounded by the people and passions that meant the most to him. He had a big heart and was always there for you. He could always deposit a smile on your face and have you laughing. Joshua was one of a kind and had a smile that could light up a room. He will be loved and missed dearly by everyone. Elder Robert C. Gay
Elder Robert C. Gay was sustained as a General Leadership Seventy of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on Parade 31, He was released from this assignment at the October general conference.
After becoming a General Power, Elder Gay served as Chairman of the Self-Reliance Services and Perpetual Learning Fund Committee and as President of the Asia North Area. He also served as a member of the Missionary Executive Council, the Executive Committee of the Church Educational System, and as a member of the Presidency of the Seventy, where he assists in the supervision of the North America Northeast, Asia, and Asia North Areas.

Sean Gay is a former construction professional who applies his extensive industry experience to aid clients achieve their goals. Before joining Stoel Rives, Sean managed construction projects in Washington and Hawaii. As a construction project manager, Sean was intimately involved in the technical and financial aspects of his projects.
Clients rely on Sean’s ability to leverage his real-world experience to their legal issues. He advises clients on a broad range of matters, including project management issues, contract negotiations, common contracting issues, tender protests, and disputes. Sean has extensive experience litigating and arbitrating a expansive variety of complex construction matters. His knowledge about how construction projects receive managed and built—and occasionally result in disputes—has proved an invaluable resource in his legal career.
